Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — simple as that.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item is different from what was ordered

We do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery, sale or discounted items, or used/opened products.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product — contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at tarven2025@gmail.com with photos of the item within 30 days of delivery. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

EU Customers

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging — in addition to the 30-day policy above.
