Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery (14 days for orders delivered in the European Union). Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at tarven2025@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will email you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us with a photo within the return window and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered in the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as the item meets the conditions above.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened personal care items. Gift cards are not returnable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post it.
